The initial buying experience of my new Vitara in 2019 was poor,and I have previously been very critical of this, but the 2-year service in 2021 has been totally satisfactory. The car was finished in good time, and a particular intermittent fault was investigated and (so far!) cured. Much cheaper than the next nearest Suzuki dealer as well.
